Cold Edamame Salad

Ingredients
.5 cup Edamame Fresh or thawed frozen.25 cup sliced red bell pepper.25 cup sliced green bell pepper.25 cup thinly sliced red onion2 oz shaved deli smoked ham (can substitue smoked turkey)2 tsp rice vinegar2 tsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together. Can eat right away or chill and eat later.
