Low Sodium Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Trader Joes Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1.5 cupCampbell’s Cream of Chicken (Healthy Request), 2.5 cupWhite Rice, long grain, 1.5 cupChicken Breast Tenderloins, Boneless Skinless Tyson, 8 (tysons 99% fat free are key to the low calorie and sodium - use these frozen)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
I recommend cooking the rice for 1/2 the time on package before baking.. so cook the rice 1st.
whisk together LS Broth, Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can of water and pepper to taste
In a greased casserole dish, put the rice in, then the chicken tenderloins (tysons 99% fat free are key to the low calorie and sodium - use these frozen) then pour the mixture over. Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 45 minutes.
