Ricotta Stuffed Asian Pears

Ingredients
4 Asian Pears1 cup ricotta cheese1 tablespoon honey1/4 tablespoon ginger1/4 tablespoon cinnamonextra cinnamon for dusting
Directions
1. Cut pears in half and scoop out seeds.
2. Mix honey and ricotta cheese
3. Add ginger and cinnamon to the cheese mixture.
4. Pile mixture on pear halves.
