Caribbean Jerk-Style Chicken

Marinade....1/3 cup chopped green onions1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice1 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp low sodium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Honey3 tsp freshly grated Ginger Root2 tsp minced Garlic2 seeded and minced Jalapeno Peppers2 tsp Allspice1 tsp dried Thyme1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg12 skinless, bonelessChicken Thighs
Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Place chicken thighs in a large heavey-duty resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat chicken with marinade. Marinate in fridge overnight.
Preheat grill to medium setting. Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and place on a grill rack that has been coated with cooking spray. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is no longer pink in the centre.
Serve with Mango Salsa
