Egg Plant Lasagna

Ingredients
6.5 oz Lasagna Noodles to line bottom of pan.3 cp favaorite spaghetti sauce cooked with ground turkey.Mix 3 cups cottage cheese with 2 cups mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesean. Add 1/2 ts Cilantro and mix together.Place 1/2 of sauce mixture over noodles then add 1/2 cottage cheese mixture.Add layer of sliced eggplant.Repeat for next layer and top with remaining 2 cup mozzarella.
Directions
Bake 35 min. covered then bake until brown uncovered at 350.
