1 15oz can Chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup tahini1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp cumin
Drain the chickpeas (reserve liquid). Add all ingredients to the food processor except the bean liquid. Slowly add in the bean liquid until you've reached the desired consistency (you'll need about 1-3 Tbsp of the liquid).
About 2 Tbsp per serving.
