baked chicken fingers with fries

Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, sliced into fingers2 cup whole flake cereal, such as natures path, ground into crumbsdash of saltany prefered seasonings3 medium potatos, sliced into fingersany prefered seasonings
Directions
Mix crumbs, salt and seasonings in a bowl, set aside. Mix egg whites and mustard in another bowl, and dip chicken 'fingers' in mixture. Place dipped chicken in crumbs and place on greased baking sheet. Set aside

Place sliced potato's on another greased baking sheet and sprinkle with any prefered seasonings. Place both pans in oven and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4
