Light Best Ever Meatloaf (Low Sodium, Low Fat)

Ingredients
Cooking spray1 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced1 (20 oz.) package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain2 large egg whites1/2 cup no-salt added ketchup, divided2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauceseasonings to taste (I added about 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning blend)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool 5 minutes. Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg whites, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings to onion mixture; mix well. Pack into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over top. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink in center and internal temperature of loaf reaches 165 degrees. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving.
