Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
6 potatoes (medium)2 oz. cheddar cheese1.5 C milk2 Tbsp flour3 cloves garlicsaltpepper
Directions
Place 2 sliced potatoes in baking dish, sprinkle with 1/3 cheese. Repeat twice. Shake flour, milk, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes covered, 30 uncovered at 350.
