Lowes Food Bran Flakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c Lowes Food Bran Flakes Cereal1 c mashed rip bananas (3 medium)1/2 c skim milk1 lg egg3 tbsp vegetable oil1 c all-purpose flour1/4 c sugar2 t baking powder1/4 t baking soda1/8 ground nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with paper liners or grease well. Combine cereal, banana, milk, egg and oil in bowl. Mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir to break up cereal. Combine flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg in separate bowl. Add cereal mixure all at once to flour mixture, stiring just until moistened. Divide evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
