Honey-Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
2 large onionsChicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (1.5 lb) - cut into small stripsPepper, black, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cornstarch, 1 tbsp.Honey, 3 tbsp Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 3 tbsp.Dice and sautee onions. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Add chicken to sauteed onions and cook for 5 minutes. Mix in honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Cook for another few minutes. Enjoy over noodles or rice!
