350 pkg Veggie Ground (Mexican)465 carton Egg Beaters (cheddar & chive)0.75 cup of half and half0.33 cup Nacho Cheese Mix2 Tbsp Parmesean cheese1 cup onion1 cup zuchinni0.5 boiled sweet potatio1 cup mushroomssalt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice
Lightly grease pan; Press Veggie ground firmly across bottom to make crust; Saute onions; chopped zuchinni, chopped mushrooms and carrots; spread over veggie ground; chop sweet potatio and spread evenly over veggies; Mix egg, half and half, cheese, seasonings and pour over mixture; bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm.
