French Silk Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1/2 Cup (8 Tbsp) of Earth Balance Naturally Buttery Spread or regular butter3/4 Cup Sugar2oz of Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, or Milk Chocolate- melted and cooled2 Large Eggs1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
-Makes 6 Servings

-Set out eggs and butter about 1 hour before mixing so they will be at room temperature.
-Cream butter
-Slowly add sugar until light and fluffy
-Add chocolate and vanilla extract and mix well
-Add one egg at a time, mixing for 5 minutes after each egg
-Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
