1 lb asparagus broken into bite size pieces1 or 2 bell peppers depending on size (I like colored ones)1/2 large vidalia onionbalsamic vinegaradobo spice
Directions
cut/break all veggies into bite size pieces. toss with balsamic and adobo spice. sautee or grill until desired tenderness. the seasonings are guesses on amounts.
