Vegan Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients

2 cup of chopped spinach1/4 cup of chopped yellow onions3 cups "Heartland Gluten Free Fusilli" (or other fusilli)2 chopped roma tomato1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil1 lemon wedge (or to taste)2 dashes of sea salt (or to taste)
Boil the pasta in 6 cups of water for twelve minutes or until pasta is fully cooked.
meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan.
chop the tomato. (recommend a roma tomato) and tear the larger leaves of spinach.
Saute chopped tomatoes and onions in the pan.
Once the onions have browned, turn the stove to low and add the chopped spinach.
Once the spinach has wilted, add a spritz of lemon and a dash of sea salt. (to taste).
After pasta is cooked, drain and add the sauce
