Broccoli Rollups

Ingredients
1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup of low fat milk1 can of tuna packed in water1 10 oz frozen broccoli (slice and thaw)1 cup cheddar cheese1 can french Fried onions6 wheat tortillas
Directions
Mix soup and milk, set aside.
Mix tuna, broccoli, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 can french fried onions. Stir in 3/4 cup of soup and milk mixture. Divide into tortillas, roll up seam side down in grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour rest of soup mixture over tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle rest of cheese and french fried onions over tortillas. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
