Bread Machine Flax Seed Bread (2# loaf)

14-18 oz warm water or potato water2 T butter3 T honey1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt2 1/2 C unbleached all purpose flour1 1/4 C white whole wheat flour1/4 S soy flour6 T ground flax seed meal2 T golden flax seed2 T vital wheat gluten flour1 T psyllium husk powder3 tsp bread machine yeast
1. Add ingredients to bread machine in order.
2. Select Dough setting
3. On tone, remove to lightly floured surface, flour hands and knead 10 times - form loaf - place in greased loaf pan - spray lightly with oil - cover with plastic wrap - let rise 30-60 min. in warm place - while pre-heating oven to 350F.
4. Bake 25-30 min @ 350F
5. Remove from oven to wire rack
6. Cool in pan for 10 min. - then turn loaf out on wire rack - cool completely - store in air tight container
Serving Size: Makes 1 - 4" x 13" loaf or 20 servings
