Corn Muffin-Quaker Corn Meal Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c whole wheat flour3/4 c white flour3/4 c cornmeal1/4 c sugar2 t baking powder1/2 t salt1 c 2% milk1/4 c oil1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Divide batter into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes, until light golden brown.
