1# boneless skinless chicken (4/4oz pieces)4 Tblsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard2 Tbsp Honey1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1tblsp garlic powderPan Spray1 # sliced Mushrooms2 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1tsp pepper1tsp fresh thyme2 tbsp Marsala WineFresh chopped Parsley
Mix mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, brush mixture on chicken. Spray 1/2 sheet pan with pan spray place chicken on pan and bake in a 350F oven for 20 minutes; until internal temp is 165F.
Put olive oil in saute pan, heat to medium, add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh thyme, sweat mushrooms until cooked through, turn heat to high add marsala, Remove from heat.
