1 Beaten egg1 beaten egg white1/8 cup chopped onion1 cooked slice bacon (chopped)1/4 medium avocado2 TBSP. Salsa1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar2 low carb 6.5" fajita size tortillas
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chopped onion and chopped bacon, saute until translucent over medium high heat stirring constantly. Add beaten eggs with dash of salt and pepper. Scramble until cooked. Divide pan in half and fill each half into warmed tortilla. Top each with one half of the shredded free cheddar, avocado and salsa. Enjoy!
