Black Bean Salsa Chicken Burger

Ingredients
450 gr ground chicken1 Lg. egg1/2 cup large oats2Tblsp black bean and garlic sauce2Tblsp Salsa
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Divide into 4 equeal pattys
Cook in frypan flipping once untill centre is cooked
Serve with or without buns


Serving Size: makes 4 pattys aprox 125 grams each.
