1 cup frozen natural strawberries1 cup fresh spinach without stems1 medium banana1 cup non fat milk1 strawberry yogurt drink.Blend until smooth, add ice cubes if mixture is too thick.More fiber can be added by using a tble of flax which adds another 42 calories and 9% additional fiber.
This makes one large tumbler.
As I use this as a meal substitute, I drink the entire tumbler.
