Oriental Coleslaw

1/2 a cabbage or 6 cups5 sliced scallions (green onion)1/2 cup of Sunflower seeds - not salted1/2 cup of almond slivers - toast them for more flavour1 package of ramen noodles - oriental flavour1/4 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup oil1/2 cup sugar
Mix together the cabbage, scallions (green onion), sun flower seeds, almonds (toasted) and the noodles.
Mix the flavour packet with 1/4 cider vinegar, 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup white sugar.
Add the dressing to the fisrt mixture of cabbage etc and mix together. Refrigerate for several hours before serving to soften the noodles and develop the flavours.
I think it's a better salad the second day.
