1 bunch radishes 168g1 mini cucumber 96g3 scallions 15g2T grated carrot 13g1/4t dried dill1 large clove garlic 4g1T sugar alternative1t chili paste or minced hot peppers1/2T sesame oil 7g1/T peppercorn chili oil 7g
Slice radishes on the thinnest setting using a mandolin. Using a knife thinly slice the scallions. Slice cucumber on the next thicker setting. Add carrot to the bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly, then toss vegetables in the dressing.
