Rieska -flat rye bread

Ingredients
2 cup Rye flour, light,1 tsp Baking Powder, 3/4 tsp. Salt,2 Tbs.Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (Milk, nonfat (skim milk),
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter. Add milk and butter to flour mixture. Stir until smooth dough develops... adding a bit more flour if necessary.
Place on well greased cookie sheet. Pat out into about a 14" circle. Prick all over with tines of fork.
Bake in a 450 degree oven.
