Tuscan White Bean & Spinach Soup

Olive Oil, 2 1tspGarlic, 4 clovesOnions, raw, 4 tbsp choppedChicken or Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1/4 cup, slicedWhite beans, 2 cupfresh rosemary, 1 tsp, finely choppedSpinach, fresh, 3 cupWhole Wheat Spirals, 1 cupPepper, black
1. In a large sauce pan, saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil.
2. Add broth, tomatoes, beans and rosemary to pot. Season with black pepper. Bring to boil.
3. Add pasta and cook 12 minutes. If the soup seems too thick for your liking add a bit more broth.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add parmesan cheese (optional, not in nutrition info)
