Chicken Broccoli Divan

2 (10 oz) Frozen Broccoli Florets3 Cups cooked Check breast (Cubed)1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup1 can Cream of Chicken Soup2/3 Cup of Non Fat Skim Milk1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Topping:4 Tbl fine dry bread crumbs2 Tbl Margerine or butter (melted)
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
Makes 8 servings
Cook and drain the frozen broccoli.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, arrange the broccoli, then top with cooked chicken breast meat.
In a small bowl combine the soup and milk; pour over the chicken and Broccoli.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
combine the melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until Hot and bubbling.
Serve over Rice or Noodles.
I serve over Brown Rice for a more figure friendly dish.
