1/3 Cup Trader Joe's Multigrain Pancake Mix10 grams Pure Protein Protein Powder1 Large Egg1/5 Cup of 2% milk1/4 Cup of Springtime Pancake Syrup
Directions
Hit frying pan, spray with a on cook spray , pour in half of batter. When looks firm, flip over and cook other side for a minute or less.
