Turkey Kale soup

Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup Onions, raw, 2 small halved, then slcied Garlic, 1 clove, chopped Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato Kale, 1 cup, chopped 1/4 t celery seed 1/4 t crushed red pepper salt and pepper to taste
Use 1/4c of vegetable broth to cook onion and garlic until tender over medium heat, add ground turkey and celery seed. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Add remainder of the broth, bring to a boil over med-high heat. Add chopped tomatoes, kale, crushed red pepper, and season. Simmer 10 additional minutes.
