Low Carb Southern Fried Okra

Ingredients
12 oz pkg Frozen Okra2 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning1 oz Pork Skins, coarsely crushed
Directions
Over a medium setting, begin to heat a medium size skillet. Add olive oil and after a few seconds, add frozen okra. Cook and brown okra, turning frequently to cook on all sides. When okra has become tender and beginning to brown, season with salt and pepper. When it is almost ready to serve, sprinkle the skillet of okra with crushed pork skins. Stir and continue to heat for a few more seconds.
