Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Turkey Sausage Whole Foods, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 8 serving Poultry seasoning, 2 tbsp Chicken stock, Free Range organic, 4 cup
Saute bulk turkey sausage, onions and celery in olive oil over low heat. Add cubed bread, poultry seasoning and chicken stock. (I often (also or instead of) use degreased turkey stock from Thanksgiving turkey as it cooks)
