ground pork, salt, egg, whole wheat bread, garlic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim the crust out of the whole wheat bread and tear the soft part into pieces. Soak it with the milk till it is soggy. Combine the egg. Put the ground pork in a big bowl. Mix it together with the bread and egg mixture. Add the salt and garlic. Mix it together. Cook for 45 minutes then turn the meatloaf so the other side is on the top and cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite gravy, vegetables or rice.
