Ingredients
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup Oats, .5 cup Molasses, .25 cup Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp *Flour, white, 1.5 cup *Buckwheat flour 1/4 c Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Salt, .75 tbsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Yellow Cornmeal, 1 tbsp
Directions
place buttermilk and molassess in bread machine, mix dry ingredients in bowl then add. Allow machine to knead for 5 minutes, scrap dry ingredients from side of mixing bowl with rubber spatula, allow quick bread cycle to run complete
