Ingredients
12 oz sugar1 cup corn syrup3 envelopes gelatin2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup cold water divided in half
Directions
Prepare a 9" square pan with parchment paper.

Bloom gelatin in water in bowl of mixer. Use the whisk attachment when ready to mix.

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. When the mixture reaches 240 degrees, pour into gelatin and mix on high speed for 12-15 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and let sit for 4 hours or overnight. Store in airtight container. Not in fridge.
