1 cup uncooked bulgar wheat3 cups unsweetened almond milk (you can use unsweetened vanilla almond milk if you like extra sweetness)0.5 cups chopped pecans (optional)0.25 cups dried cranberries (optional)
Mix bulgar wheat and almond milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes (depending on the consistency you like your cereal). Remove from heat, stir in pecans and cranberries, cover for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
