Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef2.5 cups red kidney beans - I used dry2 cups navy beans - dry2 celery stalks 2 whole green bell peppers3 cans crushed tomatoesI used 2 tablespoons of crushed habanero peppers but could not find this item in the list so I listed the Jalapeno's instead.
Directions
Soak beans for at least 8 hours to soften. I softened my beans overnight. Cook ground beef, chop fresh veggies and put everything in the slow cooker and enjoy for supper.
