16 oz cottage cheese1.5 C Parmesan cheese20 oz chopped spinach cooked and drained2 eggs separated.25 C butter2 T minced onion1 clove garlic minced2 T flour1/2 t baking powder
Heat oven to 350
Combine cottage cheese, par chz, spinach, egg yolks, butter, onion and garlic. In sm bowl combine other ingredients. Mix all and stir until well blended. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into spinach mixture. Pour into 2 qt dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
