Ham Balls

Ingredients
Ground Pork (8 oz)Ground ham (8 oz)1 c. crushed graham crackers1/2 cup milk1 egg1 can tomato soup1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. vinegar
Directions
Mix ground ham and sausage, add milk and graham crackers. Mix together and form into balls. Put into casserole dish.
Sauce: Mix tomato soup, brown sugar and vinegar. (I add about 1/2 tspn mustard) Pour over ham balls and bake for 1 hour.

We love this at Christmas and Easter dinners.
