Beef Stir Fry

8 oz flank steak1/2 cup red bell peppers julienned 1/2 cup red onions julienned2 cloves garlic julienned1 inch ginger root julienned1 cup cabbage (I cut it square)1 cup broccoli frozen or fresh1 tablespoon Sun Luck hot chili garlic sauce2 tablespoons evooa little water maybe 1/4 cup 1/2 tablespoon flour or corn starch
put about 2 tsp olive oil in hot pain toss in onions and peppers, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes, add ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute. Pour onto a plate.
Add another 2 teaspoons olive oil toss in the beef stirring constantly until browned, about 2 minutes
add the onions/pepper mixture back in toss for about 1 minute, pour back onto plate
add another 2 tspoons of olive oil throw in the cabbage and sauté for about 1 minute and add 1/2 tablespoon of chili garlic sauce, stir for about 1 minute and add beef pepper onion mixture and stir for about 30 seconds, pour back onto plate.
add 2 tspoons olive oil to pan and toss in the broccoli and the other 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce and 2 tablespoons water, stir until coated, adding more water as needed so the pan isn't dry and add 1/2 tablespoon flour or corn starch and toss adding about 2 tablespoons water to make a light sauce and pour over beef mixture, toss to coat.
Serve with some brown rice or whatever kind of rice you like. Maybe even some rice noodles would be very good with this
