Ingredients
15 oz can plain pumpkin1 1/2 cups skim milk1/2 cup splenda (or 5 Tbs Truvia or other equivilent)2 eggs1 t cinnamon1 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions
combine all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together until everything is well mixed.

lightly coat a deep baking dish or pie plate with non-stick cooking spray

Bake at 350 for appx 45 mins or until center is set

Makes appx 8 3/4 cup servings
