Guilt-Free Honey-Avocado Ice Cream

Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 3/4 cup Hass Avocado, 1/2 medium Florida Tupelo Honey, 3 tsp (1 tbsp in total) Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 packet (optional)
-Slice avocado half into 4 slices (or smaller cubes for less powerful blenders)
- Add the almond milk and 2 tsp of honey and blend until a mixture is a thick puree.
- pour into a small tupperware container (I just used an old guacamole container--I liked the irony!)
- pour 1 tsp of honey on top and use a toothpick or coffee stirrer to make a swirl pattern
- seal with lid and freeze for about 3 hours
Serving Size: makes 2 6 oz servings
