Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breast1 cup, halved red seedless grapes1/4 cup diced celery1/4 cup reduced-fat mayo1 tablespoon tasted slivered almonds1/2 teaspoon ground pepper8 thin sliced multigrain bread2 cups shredded lettuce
Directions
Combine chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, almonds and pepper together in a medium bowl and mix salad well.

Divide the chicken salad evenly on 4 slices of the bread. Top each with a 1/2 cup lettuce and another slice of bread.
