Peter's Pasta and Chicken a la diabla

4 oz whole wheat pasta14.5 ounces of chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces)3 cloves garlic1 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup parmesan cheesesalt1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 tbsp olive oil
In a pot, bring salted water to a boil and boil whole wheat pasta for 8 minutes. Shut off and leave pasta in hot water for additional two minutes.
While pasta is cooking, sautee garlic and chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil with salt and red pepper flakes over medium heat for 10 minutes. Make sure chicken is cooked through.
Drain water from pasta and add pasta to chicken and garlic mixture. Stir and leave on heat for one minute. Shut off heat and sprinkle 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese over top and stir in.
Divide between two bowls into equal portions and enjoy! It is spicy and delicious.
