Stuffed red pepper

Ingredients
Ground beef. lean tomato saucered bell peppersonionmushrooms slicedchicken brothcorn starchcayenne to tastepoultry seasoningoreganosea salt
Directions
Mix corn starch and chicken broth and sliced mushrooms
put in the bottom of a 2 qt. crock pot.
gently cook diced onions
Mix all ingredients and stuff into cleaned out peppers.
They will be filled and mounded.
