Exotec's Roasted Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

1 c walnut halves1 c pecan halves1 c cashew halves1 c macadamias1/2 c pignolis/pine nuts1/2 c pistachios3 T coconut oil3 t Himalayan pink salt (or kosher)
Mix nuts in a large zipper bag.
Drizzle coconut oil over, and add salt.
Shake and mix well, and let sit for a few minutes, mixing again.
Spread on a shallow tray (or multiple trays) in a single layer.
Bake at 250-275 until crispy, stirring and turning several times. Usually this takes about 2 hours.
Serving Size: 10 1/2-cup servings
