Spinach Salad with citrus dressin

Ingredients
4 C spinach2 T Chopped Pecans (toasted)2 T craisinsDressing:juice of one limejuice of 1/2 lemonjuice of 1/2 orange1 t olive oilZest of all if desired
Directions
Toast pecans in fry pan on med-high heat for 5-10 min. Put Spinach in a large bowl. In a blender, mix juices and oil. Pour on spinach and toss to coat evenly. Divide in two portions. Sprikle 1 T each of toasted pecans and craisins on each salad.
2 servings, 2 cups each.

To make it a meal, top with chicken.
