Basic Sandwich

Ingredients
14 slices of whole wheat bread8 oz Trader Joe Garlic Hummus1/2 Medium Red Onion sliced1 1/2 Tomatoes, thin slicedSome sliced cucumber~1 oz baby spinach7 oz 2% cheese7-8 oz of luncheon meatMustard
Directions
Toast all of the bread, this is very important. Allow the bread to come to room temperature.

Coat one side of each slice of bread with hummus, evenly distributing the hummus to all the bread.

Put some mustard on the hummus.

Evenly distribute the cheese to one half of the toast slices, on the hummus.

Evenly distribute the meat slices on the other half of the toast slices, on the hummus.

Put cleaned and dried baby spinach over the meat and cheese evenly.

Put some cucumber down on the baby spinach.

Put some onion down on the cucumber.

Put a little tomato on the cucumber.

Assemble the sandwiches by putting a slice of toast with meat, hummus, and veggies, veggies side down, on a slice of toast that has cheese, hummus and veggies.

Slice in half, put in storage bags, and immediately refrigerate.
