Banana Custard

4 med ripe bananas, threads removed and crushed3 lg eggs2 cups nonfat milk16 tsp Splenda (1/3 cup)1 limes juice1/2 tsp ground nutmeg4oz crushed reduced fat vanilla wafers
Remove threads from bananas and crush.
Add 4 tsp splenda, nutmeg and lime juice.
Put in 8x8 baking dish. (to keep the custard from sticking chill the dish before filling)
Cover with vanilla wafer crumbs
Beat eggs, add rest of sugar and continue beating until well combined but not frothy.
Heat milk in microwave for about 45 seconds and add to eggs, beat untill well combined.
puor over banana mixture and vanilla wafer crumbs.
Bake at 325 F for 1 hr
Serves 6 or more.
Garnish with nutmeg
