Ground Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 head lettuce, cut up2 tomatos, diced1 red bell pepper, diced1/4 onion, finely diced1 c. shredded chedder cheese1 can black beans1 lb ground turkey1/4 cup salsaSalt, pepper, garlic to tatsteNon fat sour cream and salsa for dressing (optional- not included in the nutrional calculations)
Directions
In a medium skillet, brouwn the ground turkey, making sure to break into small peices. Season with Salt, pepper and garlic. Add salsa and black beans stir well, cook till heated through. Set aside to cool
Chop up lettuce, tomatos, bell peppers and onions. Combine in a bowl. Top with cooled meat. Add cheese.

Dish out on plates and if desired, top with salsa and non-fat sour cream to taste.
