Black Bean & Sweet Potato Suprise Soup

Ingredients
1 pound soaked dried black beans6 cups hot water2 cups turkey juices from roasted turkey1 cup old-fashioned oats1 can sweet potatoes (no salt added)1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp each: ground cardamom, ground ginger & ground cloves1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Caribbean Citrus Seasoning
Directions
Combine beans, water, stock & seasonings, except for the brown sugar blend. Simmer with lid tilted for 2 hours. Stir in sweet potatoes, oats & brown sugar blend. Cover & simmer about 45 minutes.
